1. Who runs this site

The site tabascorbo.ch is run by Wartek & Co, artisan producer based in Crans (canton of Vaud, Switzerland). Full contact details in the legal notice.

2. What data we collect

No automatic data collection. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no tracking tool. The Infomaniak server only retains standard technical logs (IP, time, resource), automatically purged.

When you fill in the pre-order form or write by email, we receive: your name, your email and the content of your message (preferences, quantities, shipping address if applicable).

3. What we use it for

• Confirm your pre-order and current availability.
• Tell you when a series is limited.
• Prepare and ship your wooden box or velvet pouch.

No data is shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. How long we keep it

• Pre-orders without follow-up: 12 months after the last exchange.
• Delivered orders: 10 years (Swiss accounting obligations).

5. Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. A technical cookie may be set to remember your language or whether sound is enabled on the homepage. These cookies are never read by third parties.

6. Sub-processors

The only third parties that may access site data are:

• Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva) — hosting and email.
• Swiss Post — only to ship your order, with the address you provide.

7. Your rights (Swiss FADP / nFADP)

Under Swiss data protection law (nFADP), you can at any time request: access, correction, deletion, or withdraw your consent.

The site is fully served over HTTPS. No online payment is requested via the pre-order form.
