Fire, shaped by hand

Chilis sorted one by one, slow-simmered, then bottled by hand. No factory, no shortcut — just time, patience, and a raven that knows how to wait.

From harvest to wooden box

The stages of maceration

Chili harvest: fresh, multicoloured chilis, just picked.

Stage 1

The harvest

Grown on site, in Crans, with passion. Chilis sorted by hand, picked at full ripeness — green, orange, red, each one for its own fire.

Maceration: glass jars where the chilis ferment in brine, warm apothecary mood.

Stage 2

The maceration

Salt, time and know-how : the chilis rest and ferment slowly, until they reveal their full depth.

Bottling: the three Tabascorbo bottles and their diamond labels in the burnt wood box.

Stage 3

The bottling

Bottled one by one, by hand, then the diamond label applied like an origin seal.

Pouch & box: the three Tabascorbo bottles (Jalapeños, Piri Piri, Habaneros) on a Mexican-tile frame, raven perched on a Mexican skull.

Stage 4

Velvet pouch & wooden box

Slipped into its black velvet pouch, stored in the burnt wood box — ready to travel.

The story of the raven

Crans, the village of the Ravens

In Crans, on the heights above Lake Geneva, the locals are nicknamed the Ravens. From that nickname and a passion for chilis came a name : Tabasco + Corbeau (raven) = Tabascorbo.

Our chilis are hand-grown, with passion, on the land of Crans — in the heart of French-speaking Switzerland. From seed to bottle, it all happens here.

Each sauce is then crafted in small batches, cooked and bottled one by one. The emblem carries the village's 1299 and the flaming raven — a mark of origin, engraved like a seal.

Crans emblem: red shield with a silver trefoil cross, copper border. — Crans emblem — the shield with the trefoil cross.

Mexican calavera Tabascorbo: skull with a flaming sombrero holding a Habaneros sauce bottle.
